Spott Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes the consumer health data the Spott app collects. Spott is operated by Spott LLC. It supplements the Spott Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data we collect

Questions you ask Spott can include health information you choose to type, such as an allergy, a diet, a pregnancy, a disability or an accessibility need. We receive every question you ask in order to answer it.

Your questions. Our AI provider receives each question to write the answer.

Your rights

You can ask whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, get a copy of it and a list of the third parties we've shared it with, and ask us to delete it. You can withdraw any consent you've given. To make a request, email support@spottguide.com, and include your app ID from Settings if your version of the app shows it.

Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing support@spottguide.com with the subject "Appeal."
